Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DELIVERY

As all orders are currently shipped from Dubai, you may have additional import fees upon delivery. REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS: If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


RETURNS & ECHANGES

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. To return or exchange your products please make sure to first send a notice to fpouria@dubaibeachboy.com with your order number. Your products must be in their original conditions. Make sure they are clean, unworn and with all tags attached. We operate a 30 days exchange or refund policy. Unfortunately, any items returned 30 days after receipt, can not be considered for refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the original paperwork that was included in your order, so that we can identify the order, and process your exchange/refund correctly. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Dubai Beach Boy Saaha Offices B Tajer F Flat 8073 Dubai United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


SALE ITEMS  

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for those reasons, please contact us: fpouria@dubaibeachboy.com stating your reason and attaching photos that clearly show the defects.

  • Any item not in its original condition, if damaged or missing some parts (for reasons not due to our error)
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at fpouria@dubaibeachboy.com.
