Shipping: All orders are shipped from our Dubai warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Customs & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import charges upon delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Important: If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned, shipping & handling charges may be deducted from your refund.

DELIVERY
As all orders are currently shipped from Dubai, you may have additional import fees upon delivery.
REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS: If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
RETURNS & ECHANGES
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
To return or exchange your products please make sure to first send a notice to fpouria@dubaibeachboy.com with your order number. Your products must be in their original conditions. Make sure they are clean, unworn and with all tags attached. We operate a 30 days exchange or refund policy. Unfortunately, any items returned 30 days after receipt, can not be considered for refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the original paperwork that was included in your order, so that we can identify the order, and process your exchange/refund correctly.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for those reasons, please contact us: fpouria@dubaibeachboy.com stating your reason and attaching photos that clearly show the defects.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days after the reception.
- Any item not in its original condition, if damaged or missing some parts (for reasons not due to our error)
